Because this sharing is for compensation, some state laws (such as California’s) may consider it a “sale” of personal information, so we disclose it here and give you the right to opt out. This sharing is done at your request, to fulfill the service you asked for — it is not sharing with unrelated third parties for their own marketing. Please note that your SMS consent and the phone number you provide for text messages are never sold or shared with any third party (see “SMS / Text Messaging” below).
Marketing Communications (with your consent)
With your consent, we may use your contact information to send you newsletters, promotional materials, and information about products or services offered by Maxable that we believe may be of interest to you. SMS / Text Messaging
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you consent to receive text messages from Maxable related to your project and your use of our services — including appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, post-visit feedback, coordinating and connecting you with professionals, and account or service notifications. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Your SMS consent and the phone numbers you provide for receiving SMS communications from Maxable are not shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes, under any circumstances. This applies notwithstanding anything to the contrary elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. The only parties that process your mobile number are the service providers that operate our text-messaging program (such as our messaging platform provider), which may use it solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with our services (for example, up to approximately three messages per week related to your project, appointment, or account). Message and data rates may apply, as determined by your mobile carrier. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Types of messages you may receive: appointment reminders, follow-up communications, project updates, and account or billing notifications. Example: “Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with a Maxable consultant on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time.”
How to opt in: by checking the (unchecked) SMS consent box on an online form when providing your phone number (consent is not required to submit the form); by submitting a quote or consultation request through our Site; or by providing verbal consent during a phone call with a Maxable representative.
How to opt out: reply STOP to any message, or email contact@maxablespace.com. Opting out of text messages will not affect your ability to receive important service-related communications or to use our other services.

Use of Cookies
We use “cookies” to help personalize your online experience when using our Site.
