The home is stunning, with tall vaulted ceilings, handcrafted beams, railings and metal work, and even wide-plank hickory pecan floors. But the thing that really caught our eye was the accessory dwelling unit nestled happily on this 5-acre property!

Here’s the entrance to this charming guest quarters set on the edge of the property. The guest quarters have been situated so that none of the windows look into the main residence, which offers everyone seclusion and privacy.
Here’s the main living space of the guest quarters, complete with custom floor to ceiling windows to let in natural light and promote a feeling of openness and connection to nature outside. Tall ceilings and lots of natural light will make any small space feel roomy. Plus, who else is drooling over that bookcase? Yes, please!
From this angle, you can see the small utility kitchen, which includes counter space, sink, microwave, and mini-fridge.
